FREE US SHIPPING on 2+items

Flat rate US Shipping/Handling is $6.85.

Flat rate International Shipping/Handling (Canada Only) $25.

 

I need the item sooner. Can I expedite production?

 

Short answer is no but we can expedite shipping to 1 day instead of 1-3 days.
The best things in life take time and we want to make sure you're getting the best of the best. If you are the kind of person who hate waiting we TOTALLY get it and ordering from us might make you a bit anxious, so please consider before ordering.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We created two production speed to make our items more affordable!

Priority vs Economy

PRIORITY: items are ready to ship in 10-12 business days.

ECONOMY: items are ready to ship in 20-24 business days.

US shipping via USPS takes 1-3 days.

International shipping takes around 6-10 days.

  

My package arrived and some items are missing. What should I do?

We try to ship every item in a single package. However, this is not always possible due to different items requiring different shipping methods. Please wait a few more days for other items to arrive. You can also contact us anytime at info@zealgifts.com.

 

What can I do if I do not receive my order?

If your item has not arrived within the timeframe promised to you, contact our support team at info@zealgifts.com for a free replacement order. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

 

I'm an international customer. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send multiple emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we would fix it for you.

 

I entered my address wrong. Can you please change it?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

RETURN

You can return your order to get it replaced within 10 days of its delivery as shown on the tracking website.

Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible, you need to send the product UNUSED and in its original packaging. 

 

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the above conditions are not met.

 

How do I return an item for a refund?

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 10 days. We do not refund shipping cost. Items must be unworn. The refund will go back to the original method of payment.

NOTE: USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

 What should I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry, please email us at info@zealgifts.com. We will make sure to get the right item(s) out to you as soon as possible!

 

 Can I modify or cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order will already be placed in production and can no longer be modified.
